About
Ticket Tally tracks real-time ticket sales for Kannada releases and other movies playing across Karnataka. We pull theater-level data — showtimes, seat occupancy, and pricing — directly from live booking sources and turn it into day-by-day collections, city and language breakdowns, and theater-wise performance for every movie we track.
What we track
Every tracked movie gets its own page with a combined running total, a day-by-day breakdown, language and city-wise collections (including a Karnataka district map), and a full theater listing. Numbers update continuously as new booking data comes in — a day's figures are only finalized once that day is over, so what you see for the current day can still rise but never falls once locked in.
Where the data comes from
Figures are compiled from publicly available booking data. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any film's official distributors, production house, or ticketing platform. Occupancy and gross figures are derived from seat availability as reported by booking sources and may contain delays or minor inaccuracies — this is an independent, informational tracker, not an official box office authority.
Theater & seat data
Seat and screen counts on our Theaters page are observed directly from tracked shows, not sourced from an official registry — when multiple shows run at the same theater at the exact same time, that's a direct sighting of that many real screens. These figures improve as we track more movies over time.
Privacy
We don't ask visitors to sign up, log in, or hand over any personal information to use this site — there are no accounts here. We keep a basic, anonymous count of page visits and page views (not tied to any individual) purely to understand overall traffic to the site; this isn't shared with or sold to third parties. We don't run third-party tracking or advertising cookies beyond what's needed to display the ad placements you see on the site. If that changes, we'll update this page.
